From the expertise of André Dubois, chef de cave of Ca' del Bosco until 1990, here is the first vintage of Ca' del Bosco: from the 1980 vintage the idea of "forgetting" some bottles sur pointe and continuing the refinement for a minimum of 40 years, giving life to a unique and inimitable Franciacorta. Thanks to Dubois, the foundations of what is now called the "Ca' del Bosco Method" began to be built, through some revolutionary choices for the time such as planting the first vineyard at 10,000 vines/hectare, among the first in Italy; it is only the first step, but it is the decisive one for Franciacorta subsequently renamed Annamaria Clementi.
