A distillery in the East Highlands family-owned by Angus Dundee Distillers. It was opened in 1825, shortly after distilling was legalized. Even today, whisky is still produced there as it was in 1825. The 21y Glencadam is a limited edition, not chill filtered. The nose is floral and elegant with sweet oranges & a fine citrus note. Soft and balanced taste with oranges and citrus fruits, with a hint of pepper in the background. Long, persistent finish. Very elegant & dignified!
