This is a rare and very heavy bracelet. Only important people were allowed to wear it. It can be seen in the book "Afrique de l'Ouest, Bronzes et autres alliages" by André Blandin (fig. 3 on page 11). This bracelet is made of brass and has a beautiful patina that it received over time. This type is to be found in the Sahel. Therefore it can also originate from Mali, Mauritania or another country south of the Sahara. Largest diameter 9 cm, height approximately 6 cm.
