2018 Tenuta Sette Ponti Podere Orma 'Orma' - Tuscany - 6 Bottles (0.75L)
Orma is the perfect blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, varieties that have found their ideal habitat in the surrounding area.
The gently sloping hills have soil mainly composed of pebbles and clay with a small quantity of sand. The proximity of the sea and the Mediterranean climate allow us to mitigate excesses by making winters milder and summers cooler.
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified according to a proven methodology: fermentation lasting approximately 15 days followed by maceration with frequent pumping over and punching down. It spends at least 12 months in barriques and a few months in the bottle for the final refinement.
