Poland 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics 10 Zlotych Silver Proof with 24-Karat Gold Plating (Dragon, Sphere, Orb, Globe and Swimming)
Obverse: a traditional Chinese dragon swirls around a raised, golden sphere, embellished with a traditional Chinese design. The dragon is taken from the Nine Dragons Wall. The crowned white eagle, the national emblem of Poland, with the year of issue, the denomination and the legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA ("Republic of Poland") also appear.
Reverse: a swimmer swims the crawl stroke, although with the golden globe (with the logo of the Polish Olympic Committee on it), it appears as if it might be a water polo player shepherding the ball toward the goal. The Polish legends POLSKA REPREZENTACJA OLIMPIJSKA and PEKIN 2008 translate as "Polish Olympic Representation" and "Beijing 2008” respectively.
