A very fine empire coffee set decorated with white garlands on a ruby pink ground surrounded by floral, gilded borders The handles of the cups and spout of the coffee pot embellished with lion masks. The lid of the coffee pot with a gilt bronze cone finial The cups are signed Schoelcher for Marc Schoelcher, a Parisian porcelain factory active from 1798-1834 Conditions - Very good with some wear to the glazes.
