Indara Daisho, recognized for his role as a guardian of the zodiac and a protector of believers, is depicted here in a traditional and imposing stance, holding a spear as an emblem of his warrior status. The inscription on the back reads "Wooden Jizo, Indara Daisho Standing Statue, Carved by oneself, Spear in hand," indicating the personal effort and devotion that went into crafting this piece.
