Associated with the Gdańsk Nie/Wypalenia Ceramic Group. Joanna Jadczak-Wodzinowska about her works: In my work, I am inspired by nature, beauty hidden in detail, culture and its transformations, as well as a person growing up in a culture but subject to the influence of nature. Some of my works are hybrids combining human elements with elements of the natural world, functioning on the border of the real and fantasy worlds. Sometimes I combine ceramics with other materials, e.g. metal or wood. I like smoke and Raku fires, which are not very predictable, they are always accompanied by an element of risk and surprise, which makes the works unique and unrepeatable.
