This pack includes a bottle of la corvée and a bottle of scarabée. See below for descriptions of each of the two cuvées. Cantillon La Corvée A collaboration between the Stéphane Tissot estate and the Cantillon brewery. A blend of Trousseau marc, Poulsard macerated for 3 months in amphora and two-year-old Lambic. Naturally refermented in the bottle. Cantillon Scarabée A collaboration between Domains Geschickt & Cantillon. A blend of two-year-old lambic and gewurtzstraminer pomace from the Kaefferkopf vineyard. Always stored in a dark cellar The labels have very slight defects (see last 4 photos).
