Blanton's - Special Reserve - Single Barrel no. 160 - 80 Proof - b. 2004 - 70cl
When the Master Distiller selects the barrels, they are taken to the bottling house to be bottled and packaged. Blanton has the most labor-intensive bottling line in the bourbon business. The process is all hand: hand filled, hand sealed (stopper and wax), hand applied label, hand numbered (each and every bottle), and hand boxed.
Each unit of Blanton's has its bottle number, its packaging date, the number of warehouses where it has rested, etc.
There is a small cut in the wax seal and the label show some minor damage. Please refer to the photos.
