The nose is full of ripe banana, pineapple, cocoa and woodsmoke aromas, with hints of fresh ginger, cinnamon and lavender developing slowly. The palate offers notes of black pepper, ginger, clove and liquorice, alongside dark chocolate, rich smoke and vanilla.
