This is a beautiful retro 1960s/1970s set of 10 oyste / shellfish plates together with a large oyster serving platter. Each faience plate has 6 faux oyster shells & a coloured lemon in the middle for vinaigrette or lemon. The serving platter can hold 12 oysters. The bright, vibrant colours are enhanced by a shiny glaze. The style is Vallauris although the plates are not signed. They are all in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The total weight is approx 7.7kg, plate diameter is 25cm & platter diameter is 33cm..
