Gewurztraminer is undoubtedly Alsace's richest, most powerful wine. Wischlen Tokay Pinot Gris tends to have a more intense yellow color than Riesling. It develops a complex nose of yellow fruits (mainly peaches and sometimes mirabelle), pineapple and violets. After being stored for a few years, the wine releases spicy, smoky notes, followed by honeyed aromas of dried fruit.
