The watch comes paired on jubilee bracelet with folding clasp, all links included. The watch is from Circa. 1980 and is in worn, vintage condition, but overall excellent condition as you can see. Citizen founded the Shokosha Watch Research Institute in 1918. The name originates from a pocket watch it produced in 1924. The Mayor of Tokyo, Mr. Shimpei Goto, named the watch "CITIZEN", in the hopes the watch would become a worldwide success. Here we have a stainless steel Citizen Eagle 7 with its 36mm case tapered for a comfortable fit on your wrist. At 3 o’clock, a framed day/date window. Slim pencil hands —Applied “Citizen” at 12 o’clock and the “Eagle 7” at 6 o’clock. On the reverse a screw-down case back. Inside an Automatic Miyota Cal. 8200, 21 Jewels, 21,600 beats per hour. The movement is a real workhorse and has a quick set date and can be hand-wound. Fitted on a 20mm jubilee bracelet with a folding clasp.
