This exquisite prong-set diamond rosette cluster ring is adorned with 7 eye-clean and radiant old-mine cut diamonds (VS1-VVS2, colour F-H) Timeless classic; split shoulder design with floral or 'daisy' central piece Unlike the modern brilliant-cut diamonds, the incredible moon-like sheen of old-cut diamonds is best observed under artificial light The central stones is approx .15 carats in weight and the slightly smaller surrounding 6 are approx. .10 carat each (.75 ctw) Stamped 18ct and tested for 750-grade gold The earth-mined stones have also been tested and carefully examined under 30x loupe Masterfully made by Albert Sydenham (AS) who was a Birmingham-based jewellery manufacturer in the late 19th to he early 20th century "XII93" inscribed on the shank stands for 10 February 1893, likely the engagement date Ring size: EU 52 - UK M - US 6 The ring has been cleaned and polished prior to listing Remains in very good antique condition It comes in a jewellery ring box It will be shipped with UPS (speedy delivery worldwide)
