Pogue is the first automatic chronograph that been in space. That is where its nickname comes from. William Pogue wore this model of Seiko in space mission in 1973 for 84 days and yellow dial photographed several times in his wrist. A very good condition Seiko 6139-6000 is on auction with some aftermarket parts. Good for daily use or collection ● Movement Condition - Cal 6139 movement is very clean condition. Working nicely and keeps time. Chrono starts, stops and resets as it should. ●Dial Condition - Dial is in perfect condition, no visible faults. Dial and hands are aftermarket. ● Case Condition - Case is very good condition. Been polished by a professional. Back case possible to be aftermarket. Aftermarket dial ,hands. Aftermarket inner bezel rotates both direction. Outer bezel insert is aftermarket and in good condition. Crown and buttons also aftermarket. Steel strap is aftermarket. Will fit up to 23cm wrist ● Dimensions - 41.3 mm without crown, 46.4 mm from lugs side. Very larde size for that era ● Glass - Replacement glass is good condition no scratches or cracks ● Timekeeping - Keeps time, chrono functions as it should This watch contains aftermarket customisations without permission from the brand. This could impact the watch value and might void manufacturer warranties. Including , polishing , aftermarket dial , hands , bracelet , crystal , bezel insert and pushers.
