Up for auction is a Vintage Zenith with Caliber 2542, presented in excellent condition across its casing, curved hands over an original restored dial, prime looking movement and lizard Zenith strap with signed buckle. The case, boasting a 20-micron gold plating, measures 33 mm (excluding the crown) with a lug width of 17 mm. This timepiece features a mechanical hand-wind movement, meticulously measured on a timegrapher, averaging between -3 and -10 seconds per day in different positions. With 21,600 beats per hour, the movement was recently lubricated with Moebius lubrication on February 2, 2024. For those interested, a video showcasing the watch in action can be requested, and the watch will be filmed prior to shipment. Watch will be carefully packaged before shipment, with several layers of protection. Cushion used for pictures is not part of the lot.
