Pertenceu à Congregação de São Filipe de Neri onde se instruiu na Ciências Escolásticas. Barbosa Machado diz: « A prefação desta obra he em verso latino em que o Autor usando da figura Prosopopeya fala a mesma obra, onde se mostra ser professor insigne da Poezia». Exemplar com vestígios de bicho na margem de algumas folhas e pequena falta de pergaminho na pasta superior. Raro.
