Stemming from a recipe jealously guarded by the Chartreux Fathers, Green Chartreuse is made up of 130 plants. The V.E.P. (Exceptionally Prolonged Aging) was launched in 1963. Made from the same recipe as Green Chartreuse, it benefits from additional aging in barrels, hence its name. Produced in limited quantities each year, there is also a yellow version. This is the 2024 update.
