TASTING NOTES Dark ruby colored wine, with aromas of red fruits, cocoa, coffee and black fruit jam. In the mouth it reveals good acidity and prominent tannins. SERVING It goes well with red meat, game and poultry dishes. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. Consume in moderation. 2019 AMARELEZA Piteira Signature Red - 4 x 0.75L WINE VARIETIES: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez & Syrah. VINIFICATION Mechanical treading, alcoholic fermentation in 12-ton amphorae with temperature control and complete tanning. TASTING NOTES Wine with a clear garnet color, it has a balanced, well-defined aroma of very ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is full-bodied, voluminous and with well-integrated tannins. SERVING It goes well with red meat, game and poultry dishes, pasta or cheese. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. Consume in moderation.
