The painting portrays the ceremony of awarding combine operators, who are being presented with red ribbons inscribed with "Winner," along with bread and flowers, all accompanied by the music of a brass band. Petr Dmitrievich Scriabin (1923-2008) was a notable Soviet artist and a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute in 1951, where he was mentored by V. Kostetsky and S. Grigoriev. Scriabin specialized in easel painting and created significant works including "In the Locker Room" (1957), "Gornova" (1958), "Milkmaids" (1961), "M. Kibalchich in a Prison Cell Sketching a Jet Engine" (1963), "T.G. Shevchenko in the Ural Expedition" (1964), and "Agitation Train, 1919" (1964-1965). He began participating in republican exhibitions in 1957. Scriabin's works are held in museums, galleries, and private collections both in Ukraine and internationally. Dimensions: 180 x 128 cm.
