Zenith - 'El Primero Chronomaster' - Automatic Chronograph - Ref. No: 01.0240.410 - Men - 2000-2010

Welcome to my Top Swiss Chronographs Boutique! Zenith SA was started in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot at the age of 22, in Le Locle (canton of Neuchâtel), Switzerland. In January 1969, Zenith announced imminent launch of first fully integrated, high-frequency, automatic chronograph movement "El Primero". Today, Zenith wristwatches meet or exceed rigorous timekeeping C.O.S.C. standards, a reflection Zenith's history of innovative precision timekeeping. Stylish and sophisticated, the offered iconic timepiece combines the traditional precision of the famed mechanical chronograph and a modern look of first-class materials. It is a gentlemen’s dress chronograph wristwatch that internally utilises one of the most highly regarded movements ever produced. Just look at this movement (through the transparent case-back): this is a true ode to watchmaking! Movement: - in-house chronograph automatic calibre 410Z - 31 jewels - frequency: 36,000VpH (5 Hz) - power reserve: min. 50 hours - certified C.O.S.C. chronometre - 354 parts - 11 complications - moon-phase Case: - 316L-stainless-steel, polished - 40mm excl. crown, 42,5 incl. - 13,2mm thick - length: 46mm from lug to lug - scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on both sides Crown: pull/push with logo Bezel: - fixed - multilayer - polished stainless-steel Dial: - black - polished hands and Roman numerals - month aperture at 02:00 o'clock - date window at 04:30 o~clock - moon-phase at 06:00 o'clock - weekday at 10:00 o'clock - three chronograph sub-dials: 30-minute counter at 03:00 o'clock 12-hours at 06:00 o'clock small-seconds at 09:00 o'clock - minutes and seconds markers around the inner rim - tachymeter scale around the outer rim Strap: - brand new black leather, alligator grain on cow - length: 21cm - width: 20mm by lugs, 16mm by clasp Double-folding Zenith "butterfly" clasp Weight: 87 grams Water-resistant, not really useful for swimming and diving Chic heavy wooden Zenith watch box (see pics) General professional pre-sale service was made in April 2024: the watch is keeping good time and working perfectly. Excellent condition, never worn: the wristwatch comes from luxury watch-shop showcase; that's why the strap is replaced with brand new one, alligator grain on cow (leather straps often suffer from temperature in shop windows due to powerful spotlights). My personal authenticity and quality warranty: you will get warranty card (as pictured), fully completed and signed on the back. Insured, registered shipping worldwide. What you see in my pics is what you get. My personal conclusion as a connoisseur and watch lover with over 30+ years of experience: this beautiful piece of watch art is a certain "must have" for every serious collector and watch collector! NO EXTRA COSTS for EU Buyers!
