To produce it, only the best grapes are chosen, coming from vineyards over 30 years old and from the best 1er and Grand Crus. The result is a Chablis Pic Premier of great complexity, which will only express its enormous potential over the years. Ancient golden yellow. Delicate, broad and very intense, this 2005 Chablis Pic Premier enchants us with floral and fruity aromas that are still very fragrant despite its age. Sweet aromas of honey and candied fruit follow immediately, followed by herbaceous and mineral scents. In the mouth it is buttery and very elegant, with a fresh streak still present which makes everything perfectly harmonious and persistent. It closes with a long sweet and mineral finish.
