Filling level: neck, excellent label, excellent capsule, bottle in perfect condition, stored perfectly in my air-conditioned cellar. Color: light gold. Fragrance: fresh fruit, chocolate, mocha, coffee. Taste: Fresh and fruity notes, dried fruit, biscuit, coffee. Finish: Long lasting. Andrew and Brian Symington founded independent bottler Signatory Vintage in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was expanded with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. This whiskey is part of Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection and is matured for 15 years in first fill sherry casks. The bottling is not colored or cold filtered.
