Guiliano Fratti 18k gold filled turquoise beads vintage 1970s - Gold-plated - Necklace

Guiliano Fratti still very fashionable, this vintage hand crafted 1970s 18k gold filled turquoise beads necklace. This gorgeous turquoise beads necklace is accented with black simulated Onyx stones, enameled pendant and crystals. Italian designer, Giuliano Fratti, who produced pieces for Dior and Chanel and many other Haute couture fashion houses. His pieces are hard to find and rarely come up for sale and we believe this piece to be museum quality. For it's age in good vintage condition with normal signs of use, at the back of the clasp some scmall scratches. Signed GM and 18k gold filled. Giuliano Fratti of Milan, Italy began his career designing buttons, buckles and belts in the 1930s-1940s. In the '50s he worked with Chanel, Worth and Dior and later on in the '60s Pierre Cardin. After his relocation to New York he worked under his own name, using "GM" within a circle representing Giuliano Milano.
