Distilled in the Highlands in 2015, this single malt rested in a pair of ex-Oloroso sherry casks for five years. After that time, Adelphi bottled it up, with an outturn of 1,333 bottles at 59.3% ABV, released in partnership with MacLean & Bruce. Yes, "MacLean" as in famed whisky expert Charles MacLean! Tasting Note Nose Kirsch, syrupy berry jam, hints of mint, orange oil, and a smoky, meaty undertone. Palate Viscous and rich, with salted, roasted nuts, tobacco, baked earth, and smoked sea salt.
