Here we have an anbso beautiful early 19th Century oil on canvas from the Listed British artist Paul Falconer Poole British, 1807-1879. The artwork is titled “Secret in her ear”. This painting features a young couple outside a farmstead whispering, there is a good depth of colour throughout. The artist exhibited at the Royal Academy from the age of 25 and gained a high position among British artists. His works are held in the Tate, Victoria and Albert, National Portrait Gallery, Hamburg and a number of other British museums.
