JK Rowling - RARE 1st edition, 3rd impression Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (Joanne Rowling error) - 1997

Up for auction, is this EXCEEDINGLY RARE 3rd print of JK Rowling’s first Harry Potter book: The Philosopher’s Stone. (See number countdown from 10 to 3 on copyright page) Being just the third print, this features the early author name misprint ‘Joanne Rowling’ on the copyright page (which was later changed to JK Rowling so as not to put off young boys from reading it). Rarely for this title and early impression, would class this book as in essentially AS-NEW and unread condition, with a fantastic condition jacket, absolutely clean inner pages, with NO marks, annotations, inscriptions or any other blemishes. See pics: The boards are clean and bright, square and sharp, without any bumped corners. The jacket is in excellent, bright and unfaded condition. The jacket is also UNCLIPPED, showing the correct £10.99 price. Book is published by Ted Smart, The Book People. This is very rare opportunity indeed to have to chance to get a very early third impression of this hugely iconic book. Happy bidding
