Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux is a well-established wine producer based in Vosne-Romanée, known for their premium expressions of Pinot Noir. Originally founded in 1858, the estate is now run by sixth generation owner Charles Lachaux, one of Burgundy`s most exciting up-and-coming winemakers today. He uses an organic and biodynamic approach to viticulture, although currently the domaine is not certified for either. This release comes from Les Chaumes, a 6.5-hectare premier cru situated at the southern end of the Vosne-Romanée appellation of very few magnums. The wines from this terroir tend to be full-bodied, supple and age-worthy.
