Tino Kuban took over the estate from Bernard van Berg in Meursault and called it "Les Jardin Vivants". There he cultivates 1.5 hectares of vineyards with negligible yields, some of which are planted on piles. The yields remain below 10 hl/ha and the load per vine does not exceed 4 grapes. The harvest is carried out in the cool of the morning in several passes (up to 4) in order to harvest and drastically select only the berries in their optimal state of ripeness.
