2014 Domaine des Miroirs, Entre deux Bleus - Jura Vin de France - Bottle (0.75L)

Settled in France since 2001, the winemaker Kenjiro Kagami, whose name means mirror in Japanese, takes care of his Savagnin vines, which he cultivates entirely organically, with the aim of finely transcribing all the specificities of the terroir and the grape variety. The vines, climbing on limestone slopes, are harvested entirely by hand. In the winery, the grapes are made in traditional winemaking with as little intervention as possible and minimum quantities of sulphur. Finally, the cuvée is aged in old barrels for four to five years before being bottled. The winemaker offers a large part of his production in Japan, which explains the rarity of the cuvées in France. The brilliant colour reveals an expressive nose marked by scents of dried fruit, hazelnut and almond. On the palate, the greedy aromas of apple are perfectly balanced with subtle spicy touches and some buttery notes. CONSULT THE DOM RATINGS
