Inkwell - Iron (cast/wrought)
A late 19th century cast iron inkwell on four feet, measuring 16cm in length and weighing 526g, of scalloped shape, decorated with the figure of a dove bearing a gilt envelope, the lid adorned with a baroque winged putto. Marked to the underside with capital E under crown manufacturer´s mark, probably German.
Condition: Very good, no damages or repairs. No glass liner present.
