La photo est magnifique, mais malheureusement le cadre qui l’accompagnait était cassé.

Livraison rapide comme toujours et produit conforme malheureusement le cadre est arrivé cassé malgré le fait que l’indication « Fragile » soit noté dessus, heureusement que la photo n’est pas abîmée!

1) If you are bidding on one or more of our items, please note that shipping delays are currently unavoidable for a variety of reasons. Delays of 2 to more weeks are currently more the rule than the exception, especially when your item had to pass through local customs. It is almost impossible to get recent status updates from delivery companies other than the regular status updates. So please DO NOT place a BID if you do not accept it. The only promise we can make is that your item will be shipped registered and insured within 3 days of payment. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking information we provide to you once an item has been shipped. Many delivery companies today do not leave a "not at home" note if they do not find you at home. In this case, you will normally receive an email with information about where to collect your item, or information for a new delivery appointment, depending on the delivery company. Even though sometimes you do not receive any information. Somehow you can always see the status in the tracking information, which is your responsibility. If you do not collect your item from the distribution point within one week, it will be returned to us and you will have to pay shipping costs again to us before we send it back to you. Again, follow the tracking information to avoid these additional charges. IN GENERAL, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK AND AGREE SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE MAKING A BID. So do not make an offer if you do not agree and do not accept it. Shipping costs are not the same as postage but include much more such as inner and outer packaging, insurance, express delivery costs, costs for completing custom paperwork, costs for packaging and registration which we outsource to a third party, costs for taking items to delivery office , petrol, etc., 24-hour postal service, etc. etc. We communicate our postal rates in advance. DO NOT MAKE A BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS. The information in tracking info is ALWAYS leading. If trackininfo confirms that an item has been delivered, this is leading, even if a customer claims that an item has not been received. DO NOT MAKE A BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS. The only thing in such a case is that we can ask the delivery company for leniency, but we have no influence on what they decide. We use various distribution companies for delivery. We never know in advance which shipping company will be used for the transport. This has to do with rates, shipping time, insurance, country of destination, etc. etc. If the shipping costs are charged too high for any reason, we will take 3 weeks after delivery (that is when we are paid by Catawiki ) will contact you and we will reimburse this. the excess compensation you have to pay. No EU countries or worldwide outside Europe, we only refund with Paypal euro currency. No exceptions .

2) We provide new frames with signed photos on the lots and sometimes display cabinets with gloves and hats. Due to the Corona crises, our delivery drivers are currently not delivering consistently. Although we try to avoid this as much as possible, it may result in you receiving a different frame or display case than described in the auction description. Sometimes items have a used list. We always mention this in the auction description. It is inevitable that these used items and frames will sometimes show minor scratches. These items are collectibles with a history, so DO NOT MAKE A BID if you disagree.

3) If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us first before contacting CATAWIKI. We resolve problems quickly, as our feedback profile also indicates. If you contact Catawiki first and not me, they will always open a dispute and it will be beyond our control. A dispute procedure is undesirable for both buyer and seller and is a long, often unsatisfactory, tedious procedure.

4) Bidder from Great Britain and other countries outside the EU; Before placing a bid, please contact us regarding shipping costs. Because we have outstanding stock at Catawiki, some lots may still have old shipping costs that are not actually detailed in the auction description. This means that it is possible that you have paid incorrect (read low) shipping costs to Catawiki and that you must first pay the additional shipping amount to us separately before we ship your item. These additional shipping costs are paid by transfer to our iban account. Always check your local customs duties and other financial obligations before bidding. The buyer (not the seller) is always responsible for these additional costs which are not related to the shipping costs you have already paid to us. In general, excess shipping costs are always compensated 3 weeks after we have been paid by Catawiki and we will automatically contact you for this.

5) We always ship combined, even if you have won lots at separate Catawiki auctions. Because for technical reasons it is possible that Catawiki will charge you separate shipping costs for different lots. You must contact us and provide us with your iban number. We will be paid by Catawiki 3 weeks after delivery and will reimburse you for double the shipping costs.
 
6) We only ship to private addresses. Due to our personal bad experiences, we do not ship to a business address in any form. If you do not agree to this, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID. We make no exceptions to this rule.

7) We supply (new in seal) basic budget frames with our products. If a frame is damaged in transit, the photo is normally destroyed as well. A frame is replaceable, a signed photo with a high collector's value is not. That is why we ship the frame and photo separately in the box. You just need to open the frame and place the photo inside to make it shine. If this is a problem for you, please do not bid. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID!

8) We sometimes sell stock items, signed at private or public signings. It is therefore possible that your signed item differs slightly from the photo on Catawiki. However, we always deliver our COA to you for authenticity. If you do not agree with this, please do not place a bid.
