Over the past 45 years, Luc Deneys has been building violins by hand in his atelier in Ghent, Belgium — to much delight of virtuosos and listeners around the world.
One of the many factors that make Luc stand out is that rather than series, he only makes one-off instruments. With a background in fine arts, he approaches each project like a true artist; freely experimenting with form and sound. As a result, every instrument is unique.
Luc gives us exclusive access to his atelier and an insight into the incredible craftsmanship behind his stunning, unique instruments.
