1. Bronze coin issued by the Academy of Visual Arts and Technical Sciences Rotterdam for the 100 year Anniversary of the Dutch Independence. Produced by the N.V. Royal Utrecht Factory of Jewels, Silverworks and Medals by C.J. Begeer / Jacob Jan van Goor (Amersfoort 1874 - Zeist 1956). Dated: 1913 Diameter: 2.8 cm with hang/carry eyelet. Front inscription 'de zon neeg nu ter kim,ras zonk ze in 't akelig duister' (the sun descended to the horizon, and quickly sunk into the grim dark). Reverse: 'maar eenmaal rijst zij weer,door neevlen niet bezwaard' (but then she rose again, not heavied by mist) (circumscription) 'Eeuwfeest der Onafhankelijkheid' (Centennial of Independence) (inner inscription) Rotterdam/1913 (in exergue). Front: the face of Rotterdam, cloudy sky, no ships on the river. Reverse: view of the Rotterdam harbour, from which the sun arises. Weight: 12 grams. 2. Copper coin issued for the the marriage of Queen .Wilhelmina and Prince Hendrik in Front: busts of the Queen and the Prince facing the left, with cicumscription Z.H. Hertog Hendrik H.M.
