A beautifully made image of a farmer carrying to milk churns. It is a signed replica. The original of this image is in Nistelrode, the Netherlands. The image was made of earthenware and was then bronze-plated. There is a poem, written by Mia Rijkers-van den Enzel on the bottom of the image. Measurements of the image are: Height: 30 cm, width 15 cm, depth 12 cm. The image will be carefully packaged and shipped by registered post. Antoon (Toon) Grassens is a Dutch sculptor who lives in Gemert. Most of his image are made of bronze and can be found in the province of North Brabant. His statues are generally naturalist and are characterised by a high degree of detail. In 1999, he made a bronze statue of Sunny Boy, the Frisian breeding bull, in Heerenveen, among other things. This statue was unveiled by trainer of Sports Club Heerenveen at that time, Foppe de Haan. In 2005, he made a bronze statue of Bonfire, the horse of multiple dressage champion Anky van Grunsven, in Erp, Noord Brabant.
