Aurora Thesi - Original Ecosteel Version - Ballpoint Pen in an extreme rare condition

On offer is a stunning Aurora Thesi Ballpoint Pen from the 1970s done in the original and now very rare and difficult to find Ecosteel with its respective packaging. The Aurora Thesi was designed by the famous Italian architect Marco Zanuso (who also designed the Aurora Hastil) and is one of the few modern pens to be on permanent display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, as a significant example of Italian creative design. The Aurora Thesi is an ultra-flat ballpoint that features an oblique end with a differentiated non-slip satin finish and polished borders. The Aurora Thesi features a clever push-slide mechanism and a one-touch retractor button to pull the writing point. Since its launch in early 1970, the Thesi has been offered in various finishes, including sterling silver, gold, lacquer, etc., but the original Ecosteel continues to this day to be the most sought after. -- ooo -- All items will be carefully packaged and shipped via Registered Mail with tracking information. If you require a price statement for customs purposes, please request after payment. I strive to provide as accurate a description of the items as possible, and the photographs complement this information. All pens placed for sale are thoroughly cleaned and any old ink residue on the fountain pens is removed. In the case of ballpoints, rollerballs, and pencils, the refills are always in writing condition - ready to be used. I will accept returns if the item is not as described/shown. Please contact me before providing a negative comment. All pens are original - no fakes/replicas.
