SL 1401 direct drive, not seen often anymore and certainly not in this beautiful and very good technical condition. They are becoming rare! Very neat record player with very light traces of wear, really very little. Plays great, runs beautifully and sounds very good. Strobe works perfectly as well as the pitch control. Maintenance-friendly and highly reliable direct-drive. Except for the needle pressure and the transversal pressure, no other settings are needed. Technics DJ tonearm suitable for a wide range of cartridges. There is a wonderfully playing Shure element in it now. The dust cover is intact with traces of wear. Hood can be even more improved by polishing. For shipping, the platter and counterweight are removed and packaged separately, arm secured. This is a fairly heavy turntable, also with a very decent weight in the platter. Very nice and well-built. If you are looking for such a thing this is the one to get, you will not easily find anything better and more beautiful.
