The Marantz 1122 DC has a 5 kHz, 6dB/oct treble filter, and a 60 Hz, 6 dB/oct bass filter, a release tone dial control, and a chart control of the bass, midrange and treble. The sound is round with very nice mid. The bass is very present and controlled. It can make 4 of even the most difficult to power speakers sing. Truly a legendary amplifier. The Marantz 1122DC can be used as an integrated amplifier, as a preamplifier, or as a power amplifier (main in - pre out). The Marantz 1122DC is strictly original.
