Henri Selmer Paris - clarinet
Quite lovely b-flat clarinet. Entirely ebony.
Signed and stamped Selmer clarinet (H. SELMER patented SGDG). Rare ebony mouthpiece!
In great condition. Completely restored. You can see the invoice in the photos.
1 complete disassembly of body and top.
2 body cleaned and polished inside and out.
3 keys cleaned and polished.
4 all of the valves and nesting cork replaced.
5 replacement of cork underneath the keys.
6 reassembly. Axes and vale nails oiled.
7 keys and connections adjusted.
8 tested.
Also included is a program from Sidney Bechet’s time in Paris in 1949.
Case from the same time period is still in good condition!
I’ve included two photos of a number on the top of the body. I think it’s the serial number?
