This Sara table lamp was designed by Pierluigi Cerri for Gregotti Associati in 1994 and manufactured by Fontana Arte. The lamp has a frame made of aluminium in a dark green coating and a shade/diffuser made of white polycarbonate. The design is an example of simplicity and rational construction principles. 'Less is more ...' Two aluminium bars enclose two loose polycarbonate sheets and together they form the shade. This fits entirely in a support structure on two bars. Height: 47 cm. Width: 22 cm. Base diameter: 13 cm. The lamp was taken out of production, but is still being sold here and there. Excellent condition (minor signs of age on the polycarbonate)
