The B&W 203i is a fourth-order low-pass ventilated speaker system. The speaker consists of a 3/4 inch high frequency with a polyamide dome and a 7 inch low-frequency polypropylene cone. The magnetic liquid-cooled voice coils are a B&W quality mark, wrapped around glass-reinforced Kapton® formers, whereby the drivers are able to absorb the heat while reproducing modern digital recordings. Like all B & W tweeters, the lightweight units contain magnetic fluids with low viscosity for excellent power handling and linearity.
