Genuine original throwing stick, an antique hooked boomerang from Australia. (Early 19th. century or older) This antique boomerang was used to hunt emu, kangaroos and is a no returning boomerang, called "Kylie" or "Karli". The condition is very good. No cracks, chips or broken corners in the hardwood, everything is original. This boomerang was used for hunting. So it is a proof of origin, that the surface has some scratches and marks from hunting. In the images, you can see some red arrows I added to the photos. These arrows point's out the "Hit Points" where the boomerang hits the hunted target and because this the wood color is on these hit areas is a little lighter than the other surface wood color.
