Two beautiful copper pans (poêle à frire) with tinned inner layer. Both pans are marked, one of the pans is from HAVARD from Normandie (frying pan). The pans have been used, and still in a very good condition. The tin layer is still intact, and as a result, this pan can still be used for many years. See photos. Polishing (mechanical or not) definitely recommended. Diameters 28 cm (frying pan) and 2 cm (frying pan). Copper pans are perfect for the sophisticated kitchen due to the extremely good heat conductivity properties of the copper. As a result, the pans heat up quickly and evenly, enabling more precise cooking. In addition the pans have a very high decorative value in any kitchen.
