Alessi Chocolate box "Peyrano" 90026, in stainless steel, design Alessandro Mendini 1989, manufacture Officina Alessi / Italy 1990. Stamped in the metal: Officina Alessi, Inox 18/10 & 080165. The bonboniere is in very good condition; the lid fits very well, but needs to be pushed a little into position. It is known that Mendini meant a lot for Alessi and this design from 1990, for a chocolate dish, is another reminder of this. A design for an everyday and almost classic product which has lost none of its power and impression after more than 20 years.
