From the Art Deco period, this beautiful bedside lamp, known as "nightlight", is in very good condition and functional. Red veined cream-coloured marble base. Spelter statue of a squirrel on a floral base nibbling on a fruit signed on the base "TEDO". Spherical lamp of Jade green and white glass (Clichy?). Socket for bayonet bulb type B22 of 25 watts for a soft light (not provided for safety reasons). These night lights are typical of this period. Electrical cord in good condition with old brown Bakelite switch and incorporated coloured push button. Red, the lamp is on. White, it is off. It is 2.20 m long. No significant shards or cracks.
