I am selling this Shoami school tsuba. Attached is the certificate with the rating Hozon - preservation value of the NBTHK from Tokyo. The tsuba and certificate are genuine.
A real collector's item and a safe investment. Comes in a very nice high quality custom box made of kiri wood.
A motif is shown that represents the transience: Wabi-Sabi
Woodworm holes in bamboo - the symbolism stands for the awareness that everything is transient and fits the attitude of the samurai warriors who are supposed to keep their mind in a permanent awareness.
