A lovely antique Japanese bronze HUGE archaic vase with a central decoration of a magnificent intricate taotie mask design, executed in a high quality bronze with an excellent patina. Remarkable archaic ears, in the shape of water spitting Fenghuang.
Handcrafted in ancient Japan during the Meiji period, 19th century (or earlier). Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Lenght: 41,2 (!!) centimeter and very heavy!
Condition: The object is in very good condition, some normal wear. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
