This hyenas (Ictitherium) skull has been professionally prepared and restored recently. It is in museum quality, its jaw is detachable from the mandible through the work of professional fossil specialist. The skull measures around 24 cm long. It comes with a tailor-made wood stand with lazer engraved. The specimen with stand measures 24cm (length) x 26cm (height) x 15cm (width), a tailor made stand is included as shown in photos. Ictitherium is an extinct genus belonging to the family Hyaenidae. Ictitherium species were endemic to Eurasia and Africa during the Middle Miocene through the Early Pliocene. ONLY SHIP TO EUROPE.
