Applied with the Polish coat of arms Pilawa of the Count Potocki Family. One of the most powerful Polish-Lithuanian families.
Marks: Silversmith's Mark: L.C.R. (Louis-Claude Rousseau), with an acorn between two stars.
Hallmarks: 2nd Rooster (1809-1819), 1st Title (950‰) Paris guarantee mark, Prefecture number 588.
Documentation: Includes references from the Archives of the Guarantee, Paris, and various almanacs and tables documenting Parisian silversmiths from the early 19th century.
